You may cancel or return your order before and after your product has been shipped. You can raise the cancellation or return request within 24 hours after placing the order or within 3 days of delivery of the item. HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT ORDERED FROM my-mlife.com?

To return a product purchased (full payment made through online payment gateway) on www.my-mlife.com, just indicate the reason for your return in a short note and E-mail it to sales@my-mlife.com

We will refund to you the entire cost of the returned item, after deducting bank charges of 2.5%, Services Tax 10% on the bank charges, ECESS of 0.3% on Service Tax, both side freight charges. Please note that we will provide a refund facility only for products bought from our online store provided the original seal, packaging should be intact.

WITHIN WHAT TIME PERIOD DO I HAVE TO RETURN THE PRODUCT?

You can return any product bought from my-mlife.com, before the seal of product is opened or within 3 days from date of receiving the item, whichever is earlier.

HOW AND WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

We will initiate the refund process once you receive the package with the item in it. The refund will be made to the same payment mode/option(s) originally used to pay for the order after deduction of amount mentioned in clause 1. Please note we will not be able to return the same by cheque or cash.

WHAT DO I DO IN CASE I WAS TO CANCEL MY ORDER BEFORE THE SHIPMENT REACHES ME?

Please write to sales@my-mlife.com with transaction details along with the reason of cancellation. We will initiate the refund process once we receive your cancellation request. The refund will be made to the same payment option(s) originally used to pay for the order after deduction of applicable charges mentioned in clause 1.

For My Life Essentials Items / Products

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been processed and they have initiated the process of shipping them.There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.

No cancellations are entertained for those products that are under the Promotional Schemes or Special Occasions. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

The total replacement shall be made if the customer feels that the product is not as per the product specification. The shipping charge of sending the product to the Company has to be borne by the customer.In case you feel that the product received is not as per the product specification given, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

No return or refund shall be entertained once the product seal has been tampered, opened or removed. The product being consumable no return/refund shall be entertained in such cases.
